Employee Registration Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to register and access the Employee Portal

Step 1 - Access Portal Registration

When your employer registers you for the Employee Portal, you will receive an email like the one below. Select the URL link and proceed with the steps below to register.

Step 2 - Register

You will need to register as a first time user using the email link you receive.

Once you have reached the URL page:

  • Enter your Authorization Code/PIN (last 4 of SSN)
  • Create a password you can remember
  • Enter your challenge question and answer (in case you forget your password)
  • Add your mobile phone number
  • Select: "Continue"


The link you selected to register is not the same link you will use to access the system, please follow Step 4 to access your Employee Portal and save it to your phone or computer.

Step 3 - Accept Terms

You must accepts the licensing terms to access the employee portal

Step 4 - Save URL

Save the Employee Portal URL below to your Phone or Computer for future access.

Be sure to add the URL to your computer as a favorite, and to your phone's home page. Every phone is different, so you will need to go through the steps specific to your phone.

Note: When you log in to your phone, note that you will be prompted for an Authorization code again. Follow the steps to approve your device for access.
